Embark on an exciting and challenging opportunity to manage and enhance the digital reach and overall transformation of an MNC bank.

The Role

Our client is a multinational bank and one of the world's most sustainable bank with over 20B in revenue. With over 50,000 employees globally, they are currently expanding and setting stronghold in digital banking. They are in a journey towards digital transformation to become a global leader in consumer analytics and insights.



We are looking for a dynamic digital marketing manager to develop and execute digital campaigns targeting the APAC market. Your responsibilities will include building integrated campaigns and partnering with multiple teams to develop marketing strategies to drive brand growth.



Working with the broader digital team, you will measure and optimize campaigns to increase web traffic, email open rates, and improve engagement and conversion. You will build SEM and SEO programs to achieve traffic growth. In addition, you will build executive dashboards to build awareness of campaign performance and support the business. You will conduct knowledge sharing and training sessions to promote digital practices and tactics across the organization.



Accountabilities

* Partner with category brand teams, marketing, IT and digital agencies to define strategies for agreed focus brands
* Drive the strategy, creative testing, roll-out plan in partnership with regions and areas for digital programs across multiple digital platforms focusing on mobile applications and payment optimization
* Develop learning agendas and consolidate key learnings in partnership with category teams, area digital leads for global asset development
* Lead the development of communications plans and content for product efforts, as well as work with our agencies, medical and communication partners to issue proactive and reactive communication, track industry intelligence and issues, and prepare key messages and statements
* Manage and achieve KPI's across the APAC region



Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Related Field.
* At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand building, and communications
* Proven track record in execution and management of content marketing, social media, user generated content, relationship marketing
* Demonstrate program and project management leadership and experience with ability to collaborate and inspire extended teams
* Ability to build relationships and manage performance of key partners
