Our Client is seeking a talented, motivated individual with a transformational mindset to lead their Digital Sales & Marketing task force. The individual will be a change agent, set goals, manage the transformation program, be an expert resource and ultimately drive results.



Accountabilities

* Be the expert and advisor on DSM tools for divisional and business resources
* Drive adoption of best practices, technology and processes for DSM across the company
* Build a high-performance digital sales and marketing community
* Set realistic digital maturity goals and move the company forward in terms of maturity
* Provide recommendations on the positioning of capabilities across the org (BU-Division-Central utility)
* Provide recommendations on outsourcing vs in-house of tools, technology and capabilities
* Assess the current state of digital maturity through a baseline; set goals and track progress

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Minimum Education - Bachelor's degree
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a quantitative discipline preferred
* 5 plus years experience in driving comprehensive digital sales & marketing transformation initiatives in a diverse environment: geographies, B2B and B2C, multiple channels
* Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing & Sales tools e.g. Marketing Automation (Eloqua, Marketo, SFDC Marketing Cloud) & Lead Generation, E-Commerce, CRM platforms (SFDC) and Data Analytics (Adobe, Google)
* Influencing, advising and building solid working relationships with cross-cultural & cross-functional teams, leveraging strong interpersonal skills
* Results oriented, practical, hands-on approach to getting the work done
