Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the global HQ, you will participate in the development of sales network in the region, expand sales of products for the domestic and the travel retail operations, including introducing the products in these markets, and achieve agreed levels of sales and profit in the region.

* Identify local distributors and evaluate the commercial channels and be responsible for new business development in the Domestic/Travel/Duty Free channel.

* Manage and develop international accounts in the duty free channel through all phases of the sales cycle.

* Plan and execute promotional programs as per set budget and implement new initiatives in compliance with the merchandising standards to drive product awareness and to gain market share for brands.

* Frequent regional travel will be required.



Key Requirements

* University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or other related field with at least 5 years sales experience in a multinational FMCG organization, specifically within Duty free channel.

* Experience and established client base preferable in SEA + China.

* Self-starter with demonstrated strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset. Exemplifies proactive approach, analytical ability and quick problem solving and negotiation skills.

* A strong desire to be a part of a growing business with an opportunity to progress
