HR Business Partner role representing Front Office business units.

Our client is a leading international bank with an established and robust HR team.

Acting in an advisory capacity to senior internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated people strategies for Front Office business units.

* Manage the talent development lifecycle in creating and implementing onboarding, professional development, and retention plans
* Work closely with HR executives to identify the current and future needs of the business; outlining strategies and identifying trends for continuous business improvement
* Manage case resolution with highly tailored mediation and conflict resolution skills
* Lead and facilitate change initiatives, managing HR communications through the process
* Work closely with HR analytics team to identify opportunities and gaps and take the initiative in providing consultation to senior managers
* Identify learning and development opportunities within business units and partner with internal support systems for delivery
* Partner with HR executives on local and regional projects as required

In order to be successful in this role, you must:

* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* 7+ years experience in a similar HR function, coming from the financial services sector
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyse and synthesise detailed information
* Employee relations focused with the mindset to grow and develop strong business relations between HR and the business units
* Results oriented with a sense of urgency and focus on service delivery
* Willingness to act in a hands-on manner and take on additional projects as part of the HR team
