We are representing my client to appoint a dedicated HR Business Partner and Resourcing Lead to Lead the HR strategy in alignment with the business.

We are representing my client to appoint a dedicated HR Business Partner and Resourcing Lead to Lead the HR strategy in alignment with the global people strategy and business objectives.

The key responsibilities include:

* Support key HR process i.e. D&I, Talent Management, Performance Management

* Drive the significant resourcing agenda by market mapping, digital talent attraction strategies and create a pipeline of diverse talent with succession pipelines for leadership roles in support of the Asia strategy. Participate in selection outcomes and ensure the candidate charter is visible in action.
* The Resourcing Lead guides and coordinates the recruitment plans to secure required internal and external talent. Working to these plans, this is a 'hands on' role, which makes the recruitment cycle happen, from the creation of job specifications through to verbal offer and draft internal appointment announcement; working in partnership with the line management.
* Build and sustain a strong partnership with the business partners and Influence, coach and support the business to define, develop and implement the respective HR people plan and strategies
* Implement key Leadership Development initiatives and programs in partnership with team leaders in their cluster and respective country HR
* Facilitate the performance management and talent management processes to ensure alignment with business/individual results
* Embed business diversity and inclusion priorities in all people plans and processes to act aligned to company policies
* Lead the engagement, facilitation and effective implementation of HR processes, procedures and tools to ensure we drive and embed people process

These skills, behaviours and attitudes, culture and a style of leadership will enable effective Business partnering and delivery of the business/ function agenda:

* University degree
* MBA or equivalent in Human Resources preferred

Functional Expertise:

* This role requires a strong HR generalist who has experienced the full suite of HR activities required to support diverse business; cross country and multi culturally
* Experience in or as a minimum strong exposure to Resourcing, Talent & Learning, Organizational Change.
* Experience of working within a highly matrixed environment and across several countries
* Strong generalist background and experience
