Global corporation within the IT space is looking for a HR Business Partner to support them in their expansion in Asia.

Our client is one of the world's most reputable and successful global corporations within the IT sector. As part of its ongoing commitment to invest in Asia, they are now looking to recruit a creative, entrepreneurial-spirited HR Business Partner to join their international team.

This role requires the HRBP to understand business priorities and assess needs in staffing, organisation design, performance management, employee relations, new leader coaching and career development.


* Work with senior management and managers to recommends HR solutions, drives initiatives, implements new processes or tools to address business goals
* Meet with leaders on a regular basis to ensure that HR initiatives and plan are addressing the feedback and concerns from the ground
* Partner with managers to assess the needs on performance management, staffing, talent management and career development.
* Guide leaders and managers on performance and appraisal matters


* Hold a degree in HR, Business, or related field
* 10 years of HR experience with 5 years of HRBP experience
* Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and engage across the different business; from senior management to executive level on change initiatives
* Ability to be agile and flexible to meet the needs of a multi-cultural and diversified organisation
* Fast learner, proactive to a fast changing innovative environment;
* Possess high attention to detail and top-notch organisational skills
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Pragmatism and business awareness
