This is a critical position as a trusted advisor and business partner to the leadership team in building an engaging employee experience culture.

Our client is an internationally renowned multinational, and there is a position as International HR Operations Manager to support a high-profile business function.

The incumbent will be responsible to drive and manage the full portfolio of strategic and day-to-day HR operations of the employee life cycle from hire to retire, for the newly created business function, spread internationally in collaboration with local HR and various 3rd party agencies.



This is a critical position as a trusted advisor and business partner to the leadership team in building an engaging employee experience culture and develop and implement people strategies that support the business objectives and values.

You will develop, lead and implement people and organization agenda framework while integrating and harmonizing global, regional and local policies and practices to enhance organization effectiveness. You will also be required to serve as an internal expert by maintaining up to date regulatory and business knowledge and skills; and communicate how any changes affect the framework and the business. You will also be required to implement improvement measures and provide regular communication updates to all relevant stakeholders.

To do this, you will need to maintain strong and open communications and collaborate with Centers of Excellence, local HR Business Partners, members of the global HR team and external resources to drive human capital plans and programs in a complex legal, regulatory, business and market environment.



Requirements



1 Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
2 At least 10 years of progressive regional and hands on experience in the full spectrum of human resources operations.
3 Experience in the information security industry is an added advantage.
4 Strong knowledge and understanding of employment laws and legislations, especially for our current and planned offices in the region.
5 Support business agenda through people related solutions while protecting a positive high performance culture.
6 Demonstrated experience in building and upgrading organizational capabilities across the organization to support changing business needs.
7 Solid analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to support recommendations through data and analysis.
8 Successful experience in managing high volume recruitment in multiple geographical locations as well as employment branding.
9 Excellent follow through, good judgment and common sense and have a positive and "make it happen" attitude.
10 Ability to thrive, maintain focus and keep a strong eye on details in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment and where many processes are not yet defined.
11 Exceptional communication (both oral and written) and high level of interpersonal and leadership skills.
12 Ability to engage and influence across multiple levels within the organization including establishing international and global partnerships.
13 Strong team philosophy; proven ability to work positively, collaboratively and professionally within a team and across the organization.
14 Willingness to do administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
15 Role requires 30% to 40% international travel.
