My client is a globally prominent Consumer business that has been producing ground breaking innovations that continues to propel them towards success. In line with their new venture that aims to expand their foot print in Asia market, they are now looking to hire an Office Manager to be a pivotal role in assisting to set up the operations and administration in their regional office in Singapore.


As an office manager, you will be a key in starting up the operations for the office from Human Resource, Administration and Facilities. You are responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. This includes the organizing of people, policies and procedures, information and other resources. You must make sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.

Key Requirements

Diploma in any relevant discipline; Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and works well under pressure. Good team working skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, adaptability to changing workloads with a problem-solving approach to work. Project management skills and familiarity with legislation in the areas of employment, equality and diversity and data protection is also useful.
