Product Marketing Manager, B2C - Rapidly Growing Internet Services MNC

Our client is a rapidly growing internet services provider MNC looking to hire a new B2C Product Marketing Manager in its Singapore headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing Average Revenue Per User and customer satisfaction, by using data-driven insights that inform sound marketing decisions, in collaboration with a strong cross-functional network of marcomms/branding professionals, business, IT and ops professionals.

You will be responsible for

* Collaborating closely with Marcomms/Brand, IT, Sales and Operations teams to identify and take action on customer needs and critical marketplace opportunities
* Developing business plans with your internal stakeholders, analysing competitors' trends and propose solutions to maintain competitiveness
* Launching and overseeing new products together with other Product Managers in the Singaporean market, with a focus on acquiring, engaging and retaining specific high bandwidth-usage audiences

You must possess the following

* A well-recognised and directly relevant Bachelor's degree in a business-related area, MBA holders preferred
* Multi-departmental experience is an advantage; past experience in either product marketing/development, analytics, or market analysis is necessary
* Experience in or at least a passion for targetting the young internet users and gamers is an advantage
* Strong communications skills, business/financial and data analysis skills; has the capacity for presenting data-driven plans; is a proactive enabler/ solutions-finder
* Both strategic and hands-on experience and the ability to toggle between both; strong project management skills with the ability to perform under pressure and still deliver across multiple priorities
* Can collaborate in teams and still confidently take leadership where necessary
