Our client is a global market leader in online media distribution looking to hire a new Regional Director of Customer Engagement and Loyalty

Regional Director of Customer Engagement and Loyalty - Leading Media Distribution Powerhouse

* Highly proficient understanding of CRM strategies and best practices
* Experience working in Large Corporations/Consultancies, preferably in ICT/with major ICT clients
* Regional Strategic Experience is preferred

Our client is a global market leader in online media distribution looking to hire a new Regional Director of Customer Engagement and Loyalty. Reporting to C-level execs of the entire Asia region, you will lead regional CRM teams to deliver a world class relationship marketing experience for our client's loyal users and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for

* Developing and executing both the B2B and B2C CRM and Loyalty vision across the entire region
* Working closely with CX, customer acquisition and other key functional marketing roles to fully ensure that the CRM strategy empowers business results across the region through a variety of channels including email, social, client software display etc.
* Ensuring all teams are achieving all major KPIs consistently; and continuously spearheading the development of all teams' skills and expertise by supporting relevant training and development

You must possess the following

* Our client prefers a Masters degree in a relevant field of work, but a well-recognised Bachelor's degree in will be seriously considered
* Have at least 8 years experience in CRM with a thorough understanding of all major digital marketing roles but also other internal departments e.g. IT, finance, legal etc.; all other knowledge, in particular a strong understanding of online media distribution platforms is a major advantage
* Have a proven track record as a leader with a strong and persistent vision
* Experience working with all individuals at different hierarchical levels
* Mandarin and other Asian languages proficiency is an advantage because of the large Asian client/customer base, but NOT strictly necessary
