Looking for a Regional HR BP, mainly responsible for aligning company wide employee guidelines with the organisation's business objectives.

A global MNC well known in the APAC region is looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join its elite team.

Reporting to the Global HR Officer, this role will be leading a team of 6 people to drive HR strategies in various countries across the region. The incumbent will have to offer strategic and operational consultation advice to respective Business Units while ensuring their effective implementation.

The ability to oversee and execute projects pertaining to Organisational Design and Change management frameworks will be necessary. Tact and good foresight will also be beneficial when developing talent placement and development solutions while guiding stakeholders on talent management plans. Piloting the employee evaluation system, including coaching of performance management issues is required.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 6-8 years of prior regional HR business partnering experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment. He/she should be highly articulate with strong interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders across all levels, and have the ability to collaborate as a team player committed to sharing best practices with the team. Occasional overseas travel may be required.
