Global FMCG Leader in search of Regional HR Generalist with TA/TM/C&B/T&D backgrounds.

With more than 40 years in the industry and 18 offices worldwide, our client, a global FMCG leader is looking for a Regional HR Generalist with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits.

This role will report to the Head of HR and will be supporting 6 offices regionally.


* Spearhead upcoming HRIS migration project and liaise with Finance and IT for support
* Work with senior management to do annual review of job leveling and performance management
* Manage Talent Mapping and Succession Planning within the organisation
* Implementation of retention plans to improve attrition rates
* Provide updated market insights and develop frameworks to train and fine tune hiring managers' abilities for hiring, interviewing and making informed decisions
* Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including constant pipelining for future corporate expansion plans
* Align global frameworks and processes to suit the local office


* Degree/Diploma in Business, HR or related field
* 5-8 years of generalist experience, preferably with TA and Rewards background
* Efficient and organised
* Able to prioritise urgent and important tasks
* Good display of collaboration within a team, but can work independently too
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Proficient MS office, i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
