We are presently seeking for a Regional HR Manager (Business Partnering) for an international IT conglomerate.

With the focus of business expansion across Asia, we are partnering with an international IT conglomerate in search of a skilled Regional HR Manager.



This position supports the VP of HR and act as a HR Business Partner in developing and implementing regional initiatives, towards the organisation's mid and long term strategies. The key HR transformation initiatives include:



Talent & Performance Management

* Co-ordinate the bi-yearly performance review & annual calibration exercise,
* Guide people leaders on performance management, coaching, performance & development improvement processes
* Recommend & implement talent attraction, retention & engagement programs



Compensation & Benefit Management

* Analyze, design & implement compensation & benefit programs to ensure the total reward system remains competitive within the industry in the region
* Manage compensation & benefits survey, job benchmarking exercise, and industry trends analysis as required
* Review and design salary structure that addresses the evolving needs of the business
* Develop rewards and recognition schemes
* Streamline regional processes, and manage regional consolidation and analysis of data.



Employee Relations

* Foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization's business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement



HR Effectiveness & Efficiency

* Actively participate in process improvement initiatives
* Implement various local, regional and global HR projects as required



Requirements

* Hold a recognised Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
* Minimum of 10 years' full HR experience, including regional HR scope
* Experience working in multinational matrix setups
* Good leadership skills with the ability to drive, motivate and work in a team and exercise independent judgement as well as see through things
* A team player with good planning, interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to interact effectively with all levels within and outside the company
* Strong presentation skills with good command in both spoken and written English
* Real-time market intelligence on Regional HR best practices, hiring trends, labour market movement, benchmarks and so forth
