Responsible for the delivery of HR initiatives across APAC, and being the key interface between HR and employees.

The HR Manager will be responsible for providing a full spectrum of HR generalist support across the APAC region to Line Managers and HR Business Partners.

* Providing HR operational support across the APAC region
* Working closely with the Global HR Core team to ensure best practise and global consistency on processes
* Global mobility and cross border moves - arranging relocation from home to host country, preparing secondment and international transfer letters, executing with accuracy and consistency at all times
* Assist with implementation and delivery of HR initiatives across APAC being the key interface between HR and employees, linking into the HR Business Partners as required
* Provide clear advice on all aspects of employment law issues dealing with involuntary terminations; settlement agreements, redundancy processes, grievances and disciplinary matters up to and including termination
* Working with the Learning & Development team, ensure all training initiatives are appropriately communicated to employees with their active participation
* Active involvement in HR projects and initiatives to ensure they are appropriately communicated and implemented in the region
* Responsible for overseeing local recruitment ensuring that interviews are conducted and the timely hire of identified candidates
* Seek to improve the data quality and use across the region
* Work in partnership with all HR colleagues globally to ensure first class business delivery
* Partner with HR Business Partners to identify and manage the talent profile of employees including, individual and departmental training needs, requirements identified as part of the annual review process and conduct departmental talent framework reviews
* Partner with Compensation & Benefits on benefit policies and programs across APAC, ensuring proper consideration is given to market practice, local legislation and any local employee consultation requirements
* Work with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure operational and administrative benefits processes are effective and help to identify and implement process improvements
* Keeps abreast of all legal and statutory requirements and ensures compliance with local labor laws
* To fulfil any additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business

Requirements

* Proven generalist HR track record of operational delivery within a fast paced and professional environment with confidence to drive initiatives
* Good knowledge and understanding of employment law with continued professional development by remaining up-to-date on legislative changes
