A highly regarded international IT Software Solutions firm is looking to hire an energetic and intelligent leader for their South East Asia business. You will be responsible for a regionally dispersed sales team and reporting to the regional leader for sales.

This role requires you manage a team P&L and ensure your team is generating revenue.

* Develop and lead the sales efforts across SEA
* Direct management of the sales function while providing direction
* Define and execute the country-specific GTM strategies and plans.
* Uncover business opportunities and build an account strategy in key accounts.
* Build business plan and develop strategic initiatives.
* Drive business planning and development of annual budgets, determining key focus areas for investments.
* Facilitate the Go-to-market planning and execution as well as tracking of results.
* Achieve Bookings and Revenue targets

You must possess

* Minimum 12 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a Senior Management role.
* Proven track records in leading enterprise software sales at a regional level
* Ability to drive impact in a large organisation with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience selling to multiple industry silos
* Strong leadership capabilities.
* Excellent Decision Making and Problem Solving skills.
* Excellent presentation & communication skills.
