A highly reputable UK-based customer science company is seeking to launch its regional office in Singapore as part of a global expansion strategy

Role Brief:

This role is responsible for driving the solutioning and sales of the management consulting firm services within the consumer retail & FMCG sector, with regional responsibility across the APAC region.



Ideal Candidate Requirements:

* Strong leadership skills with proven success track

* Experienced in corporate sales experience with Fortune 500 firms required
* Strong exposure to consumer retail & FMCG blue chip firms
* Technologically savvy; comfortable with management consulting industry
* Passion for continuously learning about and leveraging new technology to gather new
* A drive for self-directed learning and personal development
* Entrepreneurial spirit
* Highly self-motivated, energetic, creative, and personable
* Strong quantitative skills
* Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience leading a sales team in a management consulting firm
* Experience managing large geographic territories and business partnerships
* Knowledge and experience selling within the management consulting industry is preferred
* Proven record of developing and managing a staff to achieve and exceed their sales quota goals
* Ability to adapt and navigate through complex business issues in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
* Experience and capability to build new and immediate relationships of trust
* Demonstrated success and achievement of challenging goals and expectations
* Prior experience in successfully selecting individual talent and integrating the individual talent into an effective team
* Ability to develop a plan to effectively produce top line revenue growth
* Effective communication skills are required; both written and verbal
* Previous experience using Salesforce.com and proficiency using Microsoft Office are strongly preferred.
* Flexibility with travel, as required.
