About the Company



My client has been identified as a fastest growing business globally with its visionary approach and consistent manufacture of first-in-the-market products. As the team expands, they are looking for a Sales Director to further elevate their business in Asia Pacific.



Role

* Head of the Sales function and focus in driving new sales across APAC region and managing strategic relationship of key customers
* Develop and implement commercial strategies and action plans to accomplish company's goals and targets
* Responsible for customer satisfaction and ensure highest delivery of service provided
* Ensure team performance and produce succession plans for identified high potential.



Requirements



You are at least a Degree Holder in Business or any related discipline with minimum 10 years solid commercial experience with an International FMCG company. Thorough understanding and solid network of relationships within the industry particularly of a large brand business. You have excellent negotiation and communication skills and strong numeric sense. Customer focused, team oriented, and exemplifies strong leadership skills. Ability to travel about 30% of the time.
