Our client is a company specialising in software trainingand development for Digital Transformation. Headquartered in ANZ, their aim to transform the way that business is done using the latest in software design and thinking through training courses and software training and expand in Singapore.

They are currently looking for a sales manager to lead the business in Singapore, where the incumbent will be driving business development and account management for key clients.

You will be responsible for the following:

* To manage and maintain the relationship between training course attendees
* Identify new prospects and develop and implement effective strategies to win and maintain their business
* To provide after sales care for course attendees and to monitor the response and feedback from courses and pass on feedback where relevant
* To manage assigned customers and work with customers to provide input and suggestions on the best training and capability building for their staff
* To work with and recruit partners to increase business
* To proactively call prospects to increase attendance levels on courses
* Develop and implement sales plans, and provide regular reporting against those plans, and also regular reporting on overall sales activities
* To actively undertake campaign calling and follow up on marketing, as part of integrated campaigns
* To maintain the integrity of the database by updating individual profiles on the CRM, so that individuals can be sent regular updates on courses that are relevant and of interest
* Answer incoming inquiries regarding courses in Singapore and assigned sales territory
* Manage any issues or complaints with clients, and facilitate resolution to client satisfaction
* Maintain good internal relationships with trainers, operations and support staff, to ensure a co-ordinated approach to new sales opportunities

To be successful for this role, you would need to possess the following:

* Proven sales and business development experience - at least 7-10 years of expeirence in a technology sales environment
* Sound consulting ability, able to identify business problems and identify potential solutions to resolve these
* A good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Digital Market place
* Confident and effective communicator with good organizational and planning skills
* Experience in putting together proposals and presentation documents to a professional standards
