This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communications and organizational skills that is eager to learn and become part of a an organization that is growing aggressively, be part of a high performance team and drive sales for Greater China. Industry: Retail Banking Technology/Payment Solutions.

You will be responsible for

* Territory planning, account planning, forecasting within an assigned territory or vertical to generate revenue opportunities and effective management and closure of sales opportunities.
* Sales and marketing campaigns and support the development of identified territory business activities
* You will be driving sales by prospecting, qualification, development and execution of new sales opportunities and on-going revenue streams
* Meet and exceed sales quotas for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis
* On-going account management to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive additional revenue streams

You must possess

* Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets: at least four years' direct sales performance-to-quota
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect /customer organisations including C' level and internally across the business
* Previous Field Sales experience gained within software or IT sales organisation
* Ability to articulate the value of solutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity
* Excellent stakeholder experience
* Experience in payment solutions is a plus
* Greater China regional experience is a MUST
