Regional Sales Manager

Our client is one of the most leading Information Technology with offices across the globe. We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manger to drive the business for hyper converged Infrastructure lines of business. You will be leading a sales team and execute business plans in the region. This is an opportunity to work in an International organization that is growing aggressively. The candidate will be a member of the Senior Management Team and be actively involved in driving the vision and direction of the company.

Responsibilities:

* Focus on the achievement of your sales targets and key performance indicators
* Develop business opportunities with new customers and secure new profitable revenue
* Account manage existing customers (where allotted) and grow existing revenue
* Build and manage your sales pipeline and maintain client information accurately in the CRM system
* Own the sales process end to end, including preparation of quotes and proposals for solutions
* Ensure internal paper work is correct for new sales to ensure billing/invoices are sent to the customer
* Understand and follow key vendor processes including deal registrations, pricing enquires and engagement with vendor's sales community
* Monitor and report on pipeline forecast opportunities and activities to senior level management

Eligibility:

* Strong experience of selling the Data Center, Storage, virtualization/Cloud- Vmware, Hyper -V and Citrix.
* Recognised Bachelor's degree
* Experience in leading a team
