* Ensures that the capabilities and offerings of the teams within Sales Operations continuously adapt to meet the changing needs of the business
* Identify, develop and deploy critical processes and enhancements to better enable the field, and enable critical KPI and Analytics reporting

You must possess

* Direct sales experience or operational experience preferred
* Ability to manage, in a matrix, a diverse group of people and responsibilities
* Proven ability to develop a strong positive culture, including a focus on personal development
* Extensive experience in managing operational aspects of sales and in people management
* Experience in strategic and operational planning
* Excellent computer skills are essential, with working knowledge of Windows/Microsoft Office
* Ability to coordinate the preparation of reports including gathering, integrating, compiling, and analysing data from several sources
