Opportunity to join a leading player in the IT Consulting Space as a Resource Planning Lead!

Our client is a leading player in the IT consulting space. With the continual business expansion, there is now an exciting opportunity for a driven and independent HR professional to be part of their business as a Resource Planning Lead.


* Single point of contact for fulfilment of all on-site Information technology (IT) resource requirements across business units within the region with high focus on local hiring
* Responsible for workforce planning and execution for the region annually and quarterly. Work with the business teams to finalise the graduate hiring targets for the year
* Should be able to enable fulfilment of the resource requests through an optimal source i.e. internal bench, training, external sourcing
* Proactively keep a tab on the current bench and future bench associates and ensure the redeployment. Wherever the resource fulfilment requires external sourcing(Full time hiring/Contractor hiring) , need to coordinate with Talent acquisition teams for the same
* Contractor Management - End to end ownership of all processes related to contractors Contractor sourcing, on boarding, contract management Vendor relationship management, Invoicing coordination with finance
* Collaborate with HRBP, Talent development teams to plan and execute training programs to supplement resource fulfilment
* In addition he/she would be responsible for all other activities for these units in terms of utilisation, fluidity generation and redeployment, unallocated follow-up, system compliance, timely status reporting etc. as relevant to the Geography
* Responsible for Immigration and mobility function for Singapore. To lead and monitor the team to ensure that all the activities with respect to the mobility function are deployed timely and effectively. This includes coordinating and working with the shared services team operating from outside Singapore
* Governing travel and visa compliance for the region

Required Experience

* Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant
* Experience of 5-8 years in IT organisation is must
* Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Results driven, proactive and able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
* Team player - contributes to the whole HR function agenda to achieve the department and organisation's objectives
* Experience working in an international/multicultural environment
* Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills to liaise with different stakeholders
