The SEA Human Resources Business Partner is an integral part of the HR team and our organization and will be responsible driving business goals.

Our client has a strong reputation in the Biotechnology industry, providing an extensive range of products and treatment options to patients, physicians and healthcare providers worldwide.

The SEA Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an integral part of the HR team and our organization and will be responsible for these scope and responsibilities:

* Work with Business Leaders, Regional HR Director and Managing Directors to drive relevant HR strategies
* Have a constant presence in operations to understand the voice of the employees and develop engagement initiatives, being a trusted member of the operations team
* Plan, execute and track key activities that deliver impact
* Observe operations workflow and recommend policies, guidelines and procedures.
* Respond to disciplinary, safety and security issues and administer the company policies.
* Detect potential issues within the workforce and address with the respective parties.
* Deliver training and development to managers and supervisors.
* Drive the performance management programs, identify talent gaps and develop internal candidate pipelines.
* Coordinate and follow-up on the manpower plan. Identify gaps and work closely with Talent Acquisition teams to fill vacant positions.
* Analyse HR key metrics, develop continuous employee feedback mechanisms and use data to develop HR interventions and process improvements.
* Work closely with the HR team on projects to implement the HR strategy.

There are many facets to Human Resources, so the HR Business Partner will be adept at moving across the multiple areas of responsibility, both quickly and thoroughly. They will have a positive 'can do' attitude and will delight their internal stakeholders with their great customer service approach.

Attention to detail is crucial and also being able to see things through from start to completion. They will need to be able to work independently and also in a team.

Skills and qualifications required

* At least 10 years of previous experience in a HR Business Partnering role
* The ideal candidate is resilient and able to work in ambiguous situations within an ever changing environment
* Results driven, proactive and able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
* Customer service oriented - goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our internal customers
* Team player - contributes to the HR function to achieve the department and organisation's goals.
