Field Marketing Manager responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and measuring a variety of field/channel marketing programs.

Field Marketing Manager responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and measuring a variety of field/channel marketing programs designed to grow and accelerate sales pipeline and revenue for the industry-leading global network security company.

Accountabilities

* Support regional demand generation, pipeline and revenue objectives and work closely with sales leaders and reps to develop regional plans
* Manage all elements of the plan, including research, budget, planning, execution, tracking and reporting
* Manage regional trade shows and conferences, company -sponsored executive events, account-based marketing activities, joint partner marketing, etc. that create local demand, generate pipeline and help sales close business.
* Manage the promotional strategy to support the regional activities, including email and landing page development, social media, website, segmentation and list pulls
* Engage with channel partners and the channel partner's marketing team to plan joint marketing initiatives
* Work with cross-functional teams, including global demand center, product marketing, partner marketing, and corporate communications to define integrated program strategy and tactics
* Represent the overall marketing department and promote corporate marketing programs, initiatives and launches in sales & marketing meetings
* Track campaign leads to ensure appropriate sales channels are following up in a timely manner

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5-8 years of B2B marketing preferably in IT security or high-tech
* Strong field marketing background and knowledge of partner community
* An established track record of successful lead generation, marketing programs and campaigns
* Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo (or other leading CRM and marketing automation tools)
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Some travel /+- 20%
