As the Senior HR Manager, you will be tasked to build sound business relationships and drive critical HR programmes.

We represent a leader in the media sector associated with high professional standards and creativity. As the Senior HR Manager, you will be tasked to build sound business relationships and drive critical HR programmes. This will be a result of your ability to act as a primary HR interface and business partner to key stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role, and will focus on providing both operational and business advisory support. This position will also work in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external service providers to develop, launch and administer programs to meet the complexities of a changing environment, and to meet the dynamic needs of a rapidly growing employee workforce.

The requirements for this role includes strong verbal and written communication skills, to be extremely organised in a fast-growing environment, ability to prioritise multiple initiatives along with deep understanding and experience in delivering high levels of customer service.

Qualifications:

* Degree in Business/Human Resource Management
* Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of information and communicating data findings, and experience tracking and reporting program metrics to all levels of the organisation
* Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed service and experience expectations - ability to meet the needs of, and work with all different types of customers both internal and external
