Opportunity to join a leading US-based multinational conglomerate as a Senior HR Manager!

Our client is a leading US-based multinational conglomerate in the creative media space. They are presently seeking for an accomplished Senior HR Manager to be engaged in delivering the organisation HR initiatives and position the company for its next phrase of growth.



The ideal candidate will need to understand the business environment, strategy and people implications and oversee the manpower planning, talent management, succession planning and HR business partnering function. This team-leading role places you in a position to influence where you will have direct access to all business units and feel the pulse of the organisation to deliver HR solutions that meet managers' and employees' needs.



This is a hands-on role, and will focus on providing both operational and benefits support. This position will also work in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external service providers to develop, launch and administer programs to meet the complexities of a changing environment, and to meet the dynamic needs of a rapidly growing employee workforce.



You will also shape and drive organisation-wide HR initiatives in the areas employee engagement through understanding employees' motivations, and establishing strategies and platforms to foster organisational commitment, as part of the organisation's overall employee value proposition.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, knowledge and skills:



* Minimum of 8 years working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
* A proven track record in leading HR teams within an international matrix organisation
* A continuous improvement mind-set, actively seeking opportunities to improve and develop HR policies in alignment with organizational change and development
* Take initiative to identify and anticipate talent needs and make recommendations for implementation
* Previous experience of working within a professional HR operations model and a good understanding of HR policies and procedures is a prerequisite
