Major Retail Group with well known brands under their umbrella is currently scouting for an experienced TA specialist.

Our client, a prominent name in the retail industry, has helmed major brands for more than 60 years across various countries worldwide.

Reporting to the HR BP, this role will be overseeing a talent acquisition portfolio of 3 countries within the region. The incumbent will have to add to the existing candidate pool in the Taleo database and have foresight when proactively establishing continual pipelines for future roles.

The incumbent will be perceived as a credible source to gain market insights by senior stakeholders within the organisation. Serving as a subject matter expert, he/she will serve as a point of contact for senior management roles to HR BPs and BU Heads.

Execution of TA initiatives is expected to be rolled out in a timely manner once information has been communicated from the Global HQ. Due to the fast paced and ever changing nature of the job statuses, ability to work through ambiguity would be essential.

Minimum requirements:

* 5-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience for both in house and external organisations
* Retail industry background preferred
* Proven track record of stakeholder and vendor management of all levels
* Ability to inspire and be highly persuasive
* Ability to double-hat while being highly analytical and detail oriented would be a plus
