A highly regarded ICT company is looking to hire Service Manager to be based in Singapore for delivery of service to customers

* Incident, problem and report management
* Service management
* Global Network/DC/Hosting projects

A highly regarded Information and Communication technology company is looking to hire Service Manager to be based in Singapore for delivery of services standard to customers. Leads, manage, coordinates with internal external resources and group companies for incident management, problem management, Reports management so as to maintain good customer relationship. SM role is to ensure customers retention with the company. To review the service quality and take appropriate action to further upsell our services and to improve customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:

* Develop operation service and SLA
* Involve and understand the proposed operations, service SOW and SLA as early as Pre-sales phase
* Service quality management
* Pro-actively review customer's satisfaction with our services
* Establish action plans to improve our services for customer
* Keep abreast of customer changing business environment and understand their IT needs.
* Up-sales value added services to align with customer business requirement
* Real time incident management (willing to on standby mode: 24/7)
* Update trouble-shooting status timely to customer in supporting engineers in case of major/prolong outages.
* Share customer IT infrastructure information to facilitates troubleshooting work
* Primary in-charge of monthly Reports -SLA compliance, Capacity planning, incident reviews, performance and service improvement program
* Understand telecom/ICT market environment and intelligence



You must possess:

* Bachelors degree
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Experience in Service Management in service provider environment
* Business acumens in various industries is an advantage
* Experience in Global Network/DC/Hosting projects.
* Self-motivator with strong team leadership
* Related Service management and technical certification will be advantageous: ITIL v3, CDCP, CCNA, CISSP
