A leading Multinational IT Services company is looking to hire Solution Sales Manager to be based in Singapore. You are a passionate customer facing person who will work closely with Global and National Account Managers to landscape the customer base to identify complex opportunities and drive to completion to ensure targets are met.







Responsibilities:



* You are responsible to acquire client's solutions and products beyond mobile core within given region.

* You will be responsible to achieve total contract value & revenue targets aligned to those accounts that they work within

* You need to exhibit expert knowledge of relevant products including detailed understanding of customer business environment, market trends and competitive positioning.

* You need to position clients portfolio of solutions with customers, develop blueprint of clients services offering substantial business value to the customer; identify/create/shape and successful closure of business opportunities

* To lead a team of 4-5 solution sales specialist's.

* You will be working closely with partners so as to propose the right solution to customers.

* Communicate on decision level (CEO/CTO/CFO, IT director, business leader, IT procurement) to influence and advise on strategy and client's propositions; engage with technical and non-technical audiences, including those outside of IT and Procurement functions. Will communicate and influence back internal stakeholders to ensure products and solutions are delivered to customer's satisfaction

* Become an agent of change within customer organizations.

* Must have exposure of covering customers across APAC

* Dynamic in nature to drive initiatives and able to build the capability able to successfully drive it.



Required Skills:

* Capable enough to sell clients the product and solution portfolio at C-Level

* More than 5 years of proven sales experience in achieving and exceeding targets.

* Deep understanding of key complex product sets, including; Fixed Data services (MPLS, IP, WAN) Fixed Voice services (VONE, IPT), Cloud & Hosting services, Mobile Device Management solutions, IoT solutions. Must be "expert" in at least three of the areas, and possess a high standard across all of them

* Ability to Identify, Qualify, and set the Sales Strategy for customer opportunities, and work within a Virtual Team to deliver high quality customer solutions

* Good interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain good quality relationships within the customer base at C level

* Outstanding communication and presentation skills - ability to enthuse and excite the customer

* Strong commercial acumen - understanding of ROI models, margin analysis, and cost justification; strong in solution shaping
