THE COMPANY
Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company in North Singapore, producing medical equipment, supplies and associated services. The MNC has a strong presence in the APAC region and is growing aggressively, recently acquiring competing entities. The client is now looking for an enthusiastic and driven financial analyst with supply chain knowledge to join their expanding FP&A team for a service provision business unit.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, and working alongside the supply chain team, the job involves:

* Supporting the supply chain team to ensure key deliverables for financial close, business reviews and annual operating plans are met.
* Consolidation, and variance analysis for service inventories.
* Evaluate findings in current supply chain process, streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
* Provide support on inventory improvement projects
* Work with country managers to ensure forecast and operational activities are completed before deadlines
* Consolidation and management reporting for monthly/quarterly/annual services P&L.
* Provide variance analysis, and evaluate solutions for BU leaders and the FP&A team as necessary to ensure the businesses are on track to meet targets.
* Service pricing analysis and improve profit margins whilst business partnering with country service leaders.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
* 3+ years work experience, supply chain finance experience is a must
* Strong analytical skills
* Advanced Excel skills
* SAP and HFM (Hyperion) usage
* Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing projects/tasks
* Results oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment
* ACCA/CA/CPA qualified
* Preferably industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, semicon, IT or pharmaceutical sectors
* Strong business partnering and confidence in negotiating with senior internal stakeholders
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
