Recruiting for a Group C&B Team Lead to oversee regional duties.

The incumbent, reporting to the Regional Head of HR will be a core team member in overseeing Group C&B programs to attract, motivate and retain high performers ensuring low attrition levels.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Leading and managing a team in major exercises such as variable bonus payout, annual increment and promotion review exercise, salary adjustment review, entry pay review and any ad-hoc initiatives and projects assigned.
* Balancing relationships with consultants and other third-party providers to roll out Group Compensation and Benefits objectives.
* Reviewing and developing Group Compensation and Benefits policies to attract, motivate and retain talent.
* Reviewing and establishing robust job evaluation process across the Group.
* Reviewing job evaluation tools and materials to enhance company-wide governance and efficiency.
* Working with HR Business partners to review and propose all Compensation and Benefits related matters of assigned Business Units.
* Conducting regular analysis of annual increment/variable bonus proposals and ensuring proper approvals.
* Working with HR Business partners to support various departments in major exercises such as Group performance calibration exercise

Qualifications & Experience Required

* Bachelor degree in Business or related subjects, with at least 6 years' of similar experience
* Adequate knowledge of HR processes and ability to see the big picture yet not overlooking the complex details
* Responsiveness and accuracy in delivering in a fast paced environment
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and time-management skills
