A highly regarded international IT software solutions firm is looking to hire a senior leader for their business. If you have experience managing a regionally dispersed team, CXO relationships in APAC and especially Greater China with the Financial Services and a leadership qualities this is the role you've been waiting for.
You will be managing the regional P&L and responsible for driving revenue for the region. You will not only be guiding the team and ensuring they are hitting sales targets but also actively selling individually.
* Develop and lead the sales efforts across APAC.
* Direct management of the sales and presales function while providing direction and clear leadership to the APAC services function in a matrix fashion.
* Define and execute the country-specific GTM strategies and plans.
* Uncover business opportunities and build an account strategy in key accounts.
* Build business plan and develop strategic initiatives.
* Drive business planning and development of annual budgets, determining key focus areas for investments.
* Facilitate the Go-to-market planning and execution as well as tracking of results.
* Achieve Bookings and Revenue targets
You must possess
* Minimum 12 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a Senior Management role.
* Proven track records in leading enterprise software sales in APAC region to Financial Services Institutions.
* Ability to drive impact in a large organization with multiple stakeholders.
* Good knowledge of Financial Services
* Strong leadership capabilities.
* Excellent Decision Making and Problem Solving skills.
* Excellent presentation & communication skills.
