Roles Available

We are currently seeking experienced and hard working Administration Assistants who are immediately available to undertake upcoming full time contract and permanent opportunities. Providing administrative support to small and large teams, senior members and executives on a 1:1 basis, you will maintain efficient day to day operations within the office.

The Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external clients as point of contact
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Generate and file reports
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements

The Successful Candidate

Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate previous relevant experience working in an Administrative Assistant Role. You will be professionally presented, have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work load and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
