Upcoming Roles

We are seeking professional administrative assistants to undertake upcoming contract opportunities within Adelaide. Motivated to develop your administrative skills, working within dynamic and fast paced environments, you will be required to drive administrative tasks, including:

  • Manage a calendar and the booking of appointments
  • Answer, screen and direct phone calls
  • Create and format documentation
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Provide front of house support
  • Attend meetings and take minute
  • Data entry
  • Other ad hoc administration as required

Successful candidates will be ambitious in building their professional career, you will have experience working in an administration or reception role and will be immediately available in the market. You will have a high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals. You will demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritise and have proficiency in MS office suite.

A valid Police clearance and/or DCSI clearance will be advantageous.
