Hudson is currently partnered with various Universities, Schools and RTOs to supply them with temporary and contract staff.

The Administration Coordinator - Teaching Support is responsible for providing administrative support for the accreditation process. You will be a self starter, customer-focused and have a strong background in university administration with superior interpersonal and communication skills. In this role you will be required to work autonomously as well as collaboratively across a diverse range of individuals, cultures and situations.

Duties will include;

  • First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse data and compile in excel using graphs and pivot tables
  • Assist academic staff to creating and updating unit outlines
  • Update the Student Information System - course materials and learning resources
  • Provide LMS assistance to academic staff and students
  • Coordinate events and workshops
  • Provide secretarial support to Management Team
  • General office administration as needed
  • Assist with the development of course review paperwork, including the provision of bench marked courses
  • Provide data input support for Examination results and prepare documentation required by the Board of Examiners

Skills and Attributes;

  • Strong Administration background with a stable career history
  • Exposure to course administration and accreditation
  • Ability to establish and implement end-to-end processes
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience within a Higher Education Institution
  • A consistently strong client focus when completing daily tasks
  • Superior organisational skills, ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities
  • Experience analysing complex data and advanced Excel skills
  • Blackboard or Moodle or similar LMS knowledge will be viewed favourably
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to enable professional interaction.
