Hudson is a leader in the supply of Office Support professionals. We are currently partnered with various Universities, Schools and RTOs to supply them with temporary and contract staff.

We are actively recruiting for an Administration Coordinator for a three month assignment who will responsible for providing customer service and administrative support to students, staff and academics. You will be a self starter, customer-focused and have a strong background in reception and administration with superior interpersonal and communication skills. In this role you will be required to work autonomously as well as collaboratively across a diverse range of individuals, cultures and situations.

Duties will include;

  • First point of contact for the reception of visitors, students and guests
  • Unit set up in online LMS - Blackboard
  • Schedule students placements online in Sonia
  • HR and finance reporting
  • Assist academic staff and students with travel and conference bookings
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, venues and catering
  • Provide secretarial support to Management Team
  • Manage procurement of stationery, printing consumables and equipment
  • Reconcile and process expenses
  • Maintain records and information within established procedures
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Provide administration support to the director and school manager

Skills and Attributes;

  • Strong Administration background with a stable career history
  • Exposure to Sonia placement and Blackboard LMS will be advantageous
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A consistently strong client focus when completing daily tasks
  • Superior organisational skills, ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities
  • Prior experience within a Higher Education Institution will be viewed favourably
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable professional interaction
  • Ideally you will have previous expereince in a University, TAFE or RTO setting
