Our client is seeking a highly motivated, mature and experienced individual who will fit seamlessly into their professional team environment as a Training Administrator.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be motivated, intuitive and professional, with an exceptional 'can do attitude'. You will be confident in your abilities, proactive in nature and a great team player, who can also be trusted to work unsupervised.

The Role:

As a Training Coordinator, your basic function will be to arrange, co-ordinate and facilitate training events and establish effective communications with the team.

The Skills:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills:

  • Experience in training environments or a high pressured co-ordination role
  • Customer service background
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in both a collaborative and autonomous way
  • Efficient administrative skills
  • Ablility to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organized
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Accurate data entry skills
