Hudson currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator/ Personal Assistant to join a growing team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a full time permanent opportunity with an attractive salary on offer.

The company are really growing at exceptional speeds and expanding almost every month, due to this overwhelming work load they are looking for a real go getter who can come in and support the director and the team with the backlog of administration.

A little bit about the role:

  • Personal Assistant to the director
  • Administration Support
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Travel Management
  • Event Planning
  • Assisting with marketing brochures
  • Adhoc duties

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Prior experience in either Administration or in a Personal Assistant capacity
  • Experience in Book keeping highly regarded
  • Good under pressure
  • Enjoy procedures and processes
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in small and large team
