Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator with a Woden based Statutory Authority. We are seeking an Australian Citizen available readily to commence in a 6 month contract with potential for extension.

This role will be responsible for supporting a key project team by assisting with project management tasks, providing administrative and logistical support.

Key responsibilities in the role will include:

  • Assisting with project management tasks, including: project scheduling, risk and issue management, status reporting, planning, documentation, and project reviews.
  • Providing administrative and logistical support for the team, including: scheduling meetings, preparation for meetings (agendas, presentation preparation,) documentation of meeting outcomes, recording and tracking actions, and maintaining document repositories and shared project spaces.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management, liaison and negotiation, ensuring contracts are accurate and correctly reflect services provided.
  • Drafting a range of correspondence and corporate documentation that range in context and complexity.
  • Providing assistance with other administrative and project support tasks as required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience supporting project management tasks and assisting in the production of project management documentations
  • Ability to summarise key takeaways from meetings that can be translated into action
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • The ability to use initiative to solve complex problems in a fast paced and evolving environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
