Hudson is currently assisting a large Federal Government Department in sourcing a highly skilled candidate with previous experience in APS recruitment and selection activities. This role holds a strong focus on processing, advertising, outcome management and a significant amount of design and build of eRecruit vacancies.

To be successful for short listing, it is essential that you have:

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment role or similar.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at a range of levels.
  • Outstanding organisation and attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply this to day-to-day tasks.
  • Strong planning and problem solving skills to ensure recruitment outcomes are met within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in ACENDRE preferred but not necessary.
