Salesforce implementation experience needed
Digital transformation in a leading FMCG company
CBD Location | 6 month daily rate contract

This role requires the person to have a breadth of skills covering business analysis, consulting, problem solving in their day to day operations. They should enjoy a varied workload with new challenges presenting themselves on a regular basis and multiple tasks/deliverables to manage. At the early stages of Digital Transformation, we are looking for highly communicative and driven Business Analyst that has had strong experience in Salesforce and previous experience in consumer goods or retail industries.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Extensive business analysis experience in digital environments including B2B initiatives;
  • Salesforce implementation experience - Community Cloud in particular
  • Digital, eCommerce, Web and UX experience
  • Previous experience in consumer goods or retail industries is preferred
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills
  • Confidence, experience and knowledge to question stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Self-starter able to work with limited guidance
  • Experience in delivering within an Agile Scrum environment
  • Strong consulting background and understanding of the application of Information Technologies
  • Experience in BI and analytics will be beneficial
