This particular position sits within one of its fastest growing divisions who continually win new business through a team of highly skilled solutions focused professionals operating in a collaborative and values based team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop new business relationships through cold calling; face to face meetings and promoting networking events
  • Maximise opportunity through strong customer engagement; key account management and a collaborative approach including cross divisional product sales where appropriate
  • Listen to and partner with your client base to produce best-fit, long-term and innovative solutions
  • Own and make your own patch successful! Overachieve your targets!! Work with your manager to build and adapt your very own sales strategy so that you can have a highly successful career with the business

Who do you need to be?

Degree qualified you must be able to demonstrate where you have been successful in an end-to-end sales role. What does this mean? It simply means that you are not put off when told "no"; can offer best-fit solutions to your customers and are able to learn and adapt quickly so that the "no" becomes, a "maybes" and then a "yes".

You'll be able to build a rapport quickly both over the telephone and in person and be curious by nature i.e. you want to understand your product well and keep learning every single day. Ultimately you will be driven by successful outcomes, want to work in a fun and sociable culture and, while naturally wanting to earn a big bonus, never want to shark your client nor colleague for a short term gain.

Remuneration: $100K to $150K OTE - not commission only and an uncapped bonus scheme!
