This company is one of the biggest players in the Telecommunications space nationally and provide a wide range of products and services to customers across the country. A brand new opportunity now exists for a Business Development Manager to work in the SMB space.

Reporting to the Sales Manager the BDM will be responsible for acquiring new business and retain existing business to grow company revenue. In addition to winning new, the BDM will also action new cross sell opportunities allocated to them from within the customer base.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualified in a business or related discipline
  • You will have a proven track record in SMB, face to face relationship selling
  • Ideally 5-10 years in a Senior Business Development and or Account Manager
  • Success in developing new business and the growth of existing accounts
  • You have sound commercial and business acumen with experience positioning value propositions to customers.
  • You thrive on working autonomously, but also work effectively as part of a team
  • You are highly motivated, energetic with a can do attitude to exceed business targets
