The Role and Main Responsibilities:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Business Development Manager (experience within the Telecommunication's sector preferred, but will look at closely aligned sectors), to work for a national leader in the provision of voice, data and cabling solutions to large enterprise and government customers across Australia.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be focused on generating leads and developing potential business and turning them into solid clients for your portfolio.

You will be offering first class services and solutions to a number high profile enterprises - Anything from a 2 person operation to thousands!

Working on the lucrative Sydney (and surrounding areas) Market, you are expected to grow and maximise this business to its full potential. The sky is the limit!

The successful candidate would ideally have in-depth knowledge of the Telco industry, be comfortable in cold calling and face to face business development, have fantastic presentation skills, like to build and nurture new and existing relationships and have a genuine love developing business. This is truly an exciting role, in which you would be instrumental in the growth of the region and in their ongoing success!

For your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a generous base, super, car allowance, commission - With the realistic opportunity to earn an attractive three figure salary in your first year!

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Telco experience preferred - Will look at closely aligned sectors
  • Possess a solid track record in successful business development
  • Superior presentation skills
