This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a truly agile environment within a well renowned financial institution who are market leaders in their space.

Your role will be to develop and help set up the overall change strategy within the area on an initial 6 month contract with the high possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Scope and define the change plan
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with a broad range of stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Identify and manage risks
  • Create and oversee the effective delivery of a training materials/strategy
  • Be able to simplify the business needs and technical operating procedures into effective documents and communications

Experience

  • Solid 3-5 years of experience managing change initiatives.
  • A very dynamic individual who can establish and maintain key relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Ideally experience with in technology/Cultural driven projects working in an agile environment
  • Financial services experience is highly regarded
  • Hands on Change Manger
