My client is an established Australian financial institution with a global footprint who is seeking experienced Change Manager to join a team working on Regulatory driven change.

This role you would be required to manage end to end change on medium to large scale projects to work through a range of change initiatives. You will be reporting into the Change Lead.

The role

  • Map the required change working closely with the business
  • Design and deliver the impact assessment and gap analysis
  • Identify and map the key stakeholders both internally and externally in the stakeholder engagement plan
  • Drive continuous improvement in the end-to-end risk and control environment
  • Facilitate the definition of the project mission and targets potential stages for the project
  • Supporting testing, training and implementation activities to ensure the success

The successful candidate will have …

  • Proven experience working on end-to-end change within small to medium projects
  • At least 3 years experience within a Change Manager role
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communications
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification


  • Have experience working on Regulatory projects within the Financial Sector
  • Demonstrate the potential to move into a leadership position for future roles
