Permanent Change Manager

A Change Manager is needed a top-tiered financial services company to join a cultural change which is regulatory driven.

The Role

Being an experienced change manager, you will be responsible to …

  • Facilitate the definition of the project mission, goals, tasks and resource requirements
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with a broad range of stakeholder groups
  • Contributes to the development of plans and activities to manage a portfolio view of change impacts
  • Create and deliver the strategy for communication and training
  • Risk assessments for Risk in Change activities

Experience

The successful candidate will have …

  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing large, and highly complex, enterprise level change initiatives.
  • A good grounding in Change Management within the Financial Services domain
  • Change management skills and experience in establishing new and best practice procedures.
  • Experience in leading cultural change and a willingness to work on a compliance project
  • Experience in planning for and conducting training sessions, managing stakeholders and producing communications
  • Highly developed communication, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
