About the Company:

My client a globally recognised company based in Sydney CBD are looking for a Collections Officer to join their team

About the Role:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a ledger of around $10 million per month
  • Overseeing around 300 key client accounts and following up on all outstanding invoices
  • Dealing with all invoice queries - Raising of invoices, dealing with media agencies for billing issues
  • Uploading of invoices to portals
  • Liaising with, creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and media agencies
  • Account Reconciliations
  • Debtor reporting
  • Other ad hoc duties as instructed by management

About you:

  • 3 years+ Accounts Receivable/Collections experience
  • Exposure to billing/raising of invoice
  • Experience of dealing with invoice queries
  • Intermediate excel skills - reporting/v look ups/ pivots/
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work to cash collection targets
