The Client

Established in Asia Pacific over 50 years ago, our client is a high-profile professional services firm with a large global workforce. They specialise in real estate and investment management worldwide.

The Role

Working onsite at one of the clients' offices within the IT sector, you will be required to:

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Ensure efficient switchboard management
  • Process up to 40 invoices per day
  • Carry out mail and courier duties
  • Maintain the database
  • Manage emails

You

Must be an experienced Corporate Receptionist with the following characteristics:

  • Excellent communication skills and phone manners
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Microsoft Office knowledge - intermediate to advanced
  • Highly organised
  • Flexible

As the first point-of-contact, you will need to be a professional individual who is also highly organised to ensure the smooth running of the reception.
