My client, a global Engineering Company based in the heart of Sydney CBD is looking for a professional and dynamic Receptionist to join their organisation. As the face of the organisation, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service whilst also assisting with a number of administrative duties.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Meeting and greeting visitors

    • Handling incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner

    • Coordinating and preparing meetings rooms, ordering catering and organising required equipment

    • Receiving and dispatching mail and handling courier deliveries

    • Managing and coordinating pool cars for the office through an internal booking system

    • Ordering office supplies and stationary

    • General ad hoc administrative tasks

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • Min 2 years' experience in a Reception/front facing role

    • Experienced user of Microsoft Office packages

    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both internally and externally and a commitment to customer service including the ability to prioritise work

    • Professional appearance and manner on the phone and in interaction with clients and staff

    • Strong work ethic
