Due to the consistent increase in business, a fantastic position is available for an experienced Customer Service professional to start in a temp position with a view to permanancy! ASAP!

Being lead by an experienced and knowledgeable executive team, this young and expanding company provides an extensive range of product with innovative solutions for their customers without compromising on their integrity, quality of service or product.

Coming form a manufacturing background, you will have a thorough understanding of the end to end Customer Service journey, having total ownership of your role and being responsible for the outcomes of each individual order.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to include:

  • Customer queries via phone and email
  • Order processing and data entry within set time frames
  • Coordinating deliveries, investigating and following up on ETAs
  • Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc duties and responsibilities, as required.

Sitting within a small team and reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be provided with on the job training whilst quickly working towards having the confidence to manage your own work flow independently.

Additional skills and attributes that are highly regarded include:

  • SAP, AX and MS Office proficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Bubbly, confident and cheerful disposition
  • Excellent follow up/investigative skills
  • Proactive with a common sense approach
